PCS Joins Dover and Merges with Ferguson Beauregard

Dover Corporation acquired PCS effective April 25, 2012. PCS will join the Norris Production Solutions (NPS) family of companies within the Dover Energy segment.

As PCS joins NPS, it will merge with Ferguson Beauregard, owned by Dover Corporation since 1988. The integration of PCS and FB will occur over the coming months.
